Branding
Musée Rodin is a Paris institution dedicated to preserving and presenting the work of Auguste Rodin within the historic Hôtel Biron and its gardens. This rebrand develops a timeless and reflective identity derived from stamp system of Rodin’s personal library. The logo expands from the simple M.R stamp, paired with small typography, bronze imagery, and movement based compositions create a visual system reminiscent of Rodin’s process. The identity extends across print, wayfinding, advertising, digital media, and the museum map.
AFAR is a magazine dedicated to meaningful exploration and place-based narratives. This rebrand reimagines the publication through a restrained editorial system that emphasizes typography, hierarchy, and negative space. The design balances contemporary typographic expression with a timeless magazine structure, positioning AFAR as both a modern travel publication and a thoughtful cultural artifact. The repetition of letters in the masthead is an abstraction of the blurring that occurs when seeing something from afar.
